Chicken breast with lemon caper garlic topping
1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP capers
1 TSP chopped garlic
Chicken breast (see previous post)
After chicken is cooked, add lemon juice, capers, and minced garlic to pan cook 5 minutes until garlic is brown.
