1 package of fresh fish filets from meat department
1 lemon sliced
2 Tbsp EVOO
Fresh cracked salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven 375*
Place fish in parchment paper on cookie sheet
Wrap tightly on both ends and center.
Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through
Serve immediately.
