Sesame Chicken


1 pound chicken, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup of agave nectar or honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
5 scallions, diced
1 tsp sesame seeds

Add all ingredients to crock pot, except scallions and sesame seeds.  Cook on low 3-4 hours until cooked through.
Shred chicken, add scallions and sesame seeds before serving with rice.
