Baked Blueberry Oatmeal cups


1 cup mashed banana
1 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup blueberries, fresh/frozen

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425*
Line muffin pan
Combine banana, oats, egg, baking powder, and vanilla. 
Fold in blueberries.
Fill each muffin cup with batter.
Bake 12-15 minutes.


Makes 7-8 cups
