Stuffed Pepper Hotdish


1 small onion diced
1/2 bag mini bell peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Saute onions, bell peppers, and garlic in 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook through.
Add rice, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings.
