Fried Rice


1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 scallions, diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 eggs, beaten and scrambled
1 cup rice, cooked (preferably day old)

Instructions:
Heat oil over medium heat in a fry pan.
Add garlic and scallions, cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and rice.
Cook 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add scrambled eggs.

Makes 2-3 servings.
