Chicken Noodle Soup


2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast; cooked and shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 green onions, diced
1/2 bag baby carrots, sliced
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 bag Reames noodles

Instructions:
In stock pot over medium high heat add oil and garlic.  Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, salt, pepper, onion, carrots, and broth. Cook for 10-15 minutes until carrots are no longer hard.
Add Reames noodles; cook another 10-15 minutes.

Makes 4-5 servings.
