Baked Wings


1 family package of wings
2 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven 250*
Add wings, baking powder, and salt to ziploc bag shake to coat.
Spray pan with non-stick.
Place wings in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes; turn half-way.
Increase temperature to 425*; bake for 40-50 minutes; turn half-way.

Remove from oven and toss in sauce.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
