1½ cups almond flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup almond milk
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400*
Line muffin pan
In mixing bowl combine all the dry
ingredients
In a second bowl combine wet ingredients;
then add to dry ingredients.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake in the oven for 20 - 25
minutes
