1 lb ground chicken
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
5 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray muffin tin with non-stick
Combine ingredients in bowl.
Form into golf ball sized meatballs
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turn
half-way through
Makes 12 meatballs.
