Broccoli Salad


1 broccoli head, remove florets and cut into small pieces
3/4 cup Veganese
1 packet pure via stevia
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
4 strips bacon, cooked and diced
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp red onion, minced

Instructions:
In a bowl add broccoli, bacon, and onion.
In a separate bowl whisk together veganese, stevia, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Coat the broccoli, bacon and onion with the dressing mixture.

Makes 3-4 servings.
